Went to visit Alice and then took her out for a meal and walk at the Gladstone Botanical Gardens

Long, boring drive from Gold Coast to Calliope. Stopped a few times for food and drinks and loos. Arrived 6:30pm

Flollopping around. Went to Harbour Town shopping centre to buy DS game. Lovely Meat Lovers Pizza from Vinnie’s for supper.

Steve & Annette to Medicare office to register. Ben discharged after lunch. We were supposed to be leaving for Rockhampton today, so change of plans. Arranged to stay at Blue Waters for a few extra days. Ben doing really well.

Ben still not feeling well this morning, not up to White Water World, so off to Doctors. Then sent to A&E dept at Gold Coast Hospital. Lots of waiting around. Did loads of tests and not really sure, but finally … Continue reading →

Walked to Brisbane CBD and went on river boat cruise. Ben swam in City centre lagoon!
