Gladstone 1

In the morning, we went to the Heritage village in Rockhampton. It was quite interesting – they had lots of buildings from years gone by. There was an Aussie who drove a veteran car round the site giving rides to visitors. His party trick was to sing in the church (which has lovely acoustics) We didn’t enjoy him much! We had our picnic and then set off for the 100km drive to Alison and David’s at Callioppe. Found them easily and spent the evening chatting with them. Met Christine and Ryan.
