Had an email in from Durand and Ruth Robinson (used to be at City Gates) They have invited me to go see them in their home in Germany some time before they head back to Ireland. They’re only just over the German border, so I will try to do so.
Went for a walk at lunchtime to the shopping centre near work. Discovered that they have the BIGGEST electronics and gadgets store up on the top floor! I had been in the centre before, but had not found that! Dangerous to have it so near work – and my new apartment!
Boss is back from leave tomorrow, so hoping I will get some time with him for a bit of direction.
More post from the bank today, but still no sign of the contract for the apartment. Hope it has not got lost in the post!
