Hervey Bay

Drove to Hervey Bay (pronounced Harvey!) Had a picnic of bread and cheese en route. Found a Big 4 camp site and rented a studio apartment for the night. Walked to the beach and Ben and I had a lovely time digging a big hole in the sand. Afterwards Mum did our laundry and we re-organised our suitcases so that we only need to disturb two instead of three each time we stop. Ben and I popped out to Domino’s Pizza where we got two large pizzas for less than $10 – a special Tuesday offer.
